Samara State University

Samara State University is a leading public institution of higher education in the city of Samara and Samara Oblast, Russia. It was founded in 1918. The academic and research activities of the University have come to be one of the major factors of regional development. The 10 faculties of Samara State University annually enroll about 2,500 students to 35 undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree programmes.

International Educational Programmes and Russian courses have been offered at Samara State University since 1994, as soon as Samara was opened to foreign visitors. Since than we have taught students from USA, Great Britain, Germany, Finland, Brazil, Guatemala, China and other countries. Among our students there are outstanding diplomats, researchers and businessmen. We are proud of all our students and are glad to be able to contribute to their education and success.

Les programmes internationaux sont organisés maintenant par le Centre Universitaire de Samara pour les Étudiants étrangers. Ce centre a été mis en place par le Ministère de l'Education et des Sciences de la Région de Samara et de l'Université d'État Samara pour accroitre les opportinutés d'éducation internationale dans la ville de Samara et dans toute la region de Samara.

International programmes are taught by highly qualified University faculty. Russian language course instructors are certified specifically for teaching Russian as a foreign language and have 4 to 16 years of relevant experience..
