Geographical position

Due to its convenient geographical position Samara is easily reached both by Russian and foreign cities. Thus, there is a direct railway communication between Samara and Moscow and Samara and St. Petersburg. Travelling from Moscow (being the major centre of communication with other countries) by train is fast and comfortable and will take less than 15 hours.
